GENERAL
♦♦ Any type of commission that violates these terms shall be canceled. I have the right to refuse commissions I don't feel like taking. This includes commissions that have little explanation or detail.♦♦ Please try to provide a few references of your character and what you would like them doing. i.e. laying down, floating around, reading, ect.♦♦ This purchase is for digital art only. No physical copies!

♦♦ Payments will be upfront/full payment. I will NOT begin the commission until payment has been fully paid unless discussed otherwise.PROCESS
♦♦ The Artist will reach out to the Commissioner when it is time to start the artwork and will be notified which number in the queue you are in the current batch.
♦♦ The Artist will keep the Commissioner updated with screenshots at every stage of the artwork.REVISIONS
♦♦ Revisions are allowed during sketch and or coloring stages. The commissioner is allowed to request small changes to their commission, such as adding small details, adjusting line work, and adjusting color. These requests will be fulfilled to a certain limit and are free of charge.♦♦ The Artist will only continue on the artwork after the Commissioner approves of the drawing.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♦♦ Specific deadlines should be mentioned in the email, if one needs an artwork on a specific date.♦♦ Artwork process time is subjective, depending on the circumstances of the artist. (i.e Work Schedule, Emergencies, Academics, Vacations, etc.) So there is no absolute deadline/date that the client will receive the artwork. However, an ETA will be given. ETA is up maximum of 1 year or so, depending on my current situation.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, USAGE AND ARTISTS’ CREDIT♦♦ Commissions are for personal use only, commissions that will be for commercial use such as merch, adverts, etc. will have an 80% fee based on the final amount.♦♦ Finished pieces may or may not be posted online. The Artist keeps all rights to display and reproduce the artwork. Including but not limited to, a portfolio, promotional material, displaying on social medias.
♦♦ The Artist can also use the artwork in speed paints.♦♦ The Commissioner cannot say that they made the artwork.
♦♦ The Commissioner cannot make changes/edits to the artwork themselves.♦♦ NO REMOVAL OF SIGNATURE.♦♦ The artwork may be shared so long as proper credit is given to the Artist.♦♦ If the client wishes the artwork to not be shared, it will be held confidential. (NDA fee is $100)♦♦NOTHING MADE BY SLEEPY_BATS MAY BE USED IN ANY BLOCKCHAIN RELATED TECHNOLOGY, TO INCLUDE NFTS, CRYPTO CURRENCIES, OR FUTURE INVENTIONS IN THE SPACE!♦♦NOTHING MADE BY
SLEEPY_BATS MAY BE USED FOR AI TRAINING, AI PROGRAMS, OR ANYTHING AI RELATED!♦♦You are more than welcome to Print Digital Commissions, but you cannot sell it!REFUNDS
♦♦ Once the payment is done, no refund is available. The Artist will do everything they can to accommodate the Commissioner. Please consider commissioning the Artist wisely.COMMUNICATION

Please Note: Once you have submitted a commission form, I will reach out via email to discuss details! If I do not hear back from you within two weeks your request will be canceled.RECEIVING YOUR ARTWORK
♦♦ Upon finishing the artwork, the Artist will inform the Commissioner of said artwork being done. The Commissioner will be provided (via email) with the full-size drawing, and any resize request that they so desire.
♦♦By proceeding to commission, you have read the terms and hereby agree to them.♦♦
